Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter

Anyone who knows me will be aware that Harry Potter has a special place in my heart.  Picking up the first book when I was just 8 years old, I was instantly hooked and have been in love ever since.

Tom first took me to the Warner Bros Studios a few years back, as a surprise. It was amazing. My sister had also been on a separate occasion so we decided that we would take our little sister as she loves Harry Potter just as much as us. We bought her ticket as her Christmas present, and she knew that she was going somewhere with us, but just didn’t know where.  My cousin also came with us, and they all came to pick me up from work and off we went!

We pulled up and my little sister Elsie’s face lit up as soon as she saw the Harry Potter sign on the outside. Excited was an understatement. Although I had already been, this time was just as magical for me as as they had lots of new things that weren’t there the first time I went. So it was like a completely new experience, and equally as amazing. I was fangirling the entire way round. It was still themed for Christmas, so it was even more magical seeing it all snowy and festive.

It would be criminal to come here and not try the butter beer! It actually tastes really nice.. although a bit sickly after a while.

Your standard Privet drive pose…

When I first went, we didn’t get to go inside the Dursley’s house! I loved this.

Even though I have been twice now, I would definitely go back again! We really are so lucky to have somewhere like this on our doorstep. If you love Harry Potter, and you haven’t been- are you even a fan? I mean you must get yourself a ticket, you absolutely will not regret it!
